Losing weight can seem impossible...
Everywhere you turn shows different advice.
This fad diet says to lower carbs. This one says fat is the enemy.
What about coffee and eggs? Are they healthy? Not even scientist experts can agree.
And let's face it - calories in versus calories out simply doesn't work for everyone, especially if there are hormone issues, blood sugar concerns, psychological trauma, you name it.
If it were as easy as simple calorie counting, why would the weight loss industry exist?
The Density Diet cuts through the confusion with the latest in scientific knowledge, proven benefits from people who succeeded in losing weight, and just enough guidelines to keep things clear and doable.
Our bootcamps cover anything and everything there is to know about the Density Diet.
They are built on three pillars: Knowledge, Nutrition, and Movement. Our bootcamps break down each of these pillars into simple, easy-to-understand and easy-to-do steps.
Density is perfect for those who are ready to try a new diet and get a good handle on how they eat. They also offer that little extra push for anyone who needs a friend to talk to, some mentorship, or just an accountability to check-in regularly.
Density uses a three-pronged approach called "Delta" that combines "Knowledge," "Nutrition," and "Movement" into a scientifically-sound weight management plan.
The digital bootcamp teaches every aspect of the Density method including the science behind the recommendations, the rules to follow for success, meal planning, and macronutrient balancing.
The bootcamp community also helps answer any questions, troubleshoot and correct if things aren't working as expected, and offers regular, encouraging check-ins to keep you motivated.
Our digital bootcamps are eight-weeks in duration.
The information, videos, courses, and steps light up one after the other. This keeps you on track, introduces the steps at the right times, and keeps you from getting overwhelmed with trying to dig in too much too fast up front.
We want you to be happy with the Density program. We also want you to see success with it.
That said, we also know that results and success do not come overnight. Accordingly, we offer a 100% money back guarantee within the first week of the bootcamp. Watch the sessions, go through the training, check in once, and, if it's not for you, let us know.
Of course! Density 3D offers meal plans and fitness resources without the full depth, support group, and check-ins of a bootcamp.
Density Diet followers who have finished a bootcamp or two and feel comfortable rolling with the program on their own like to keep the meal plans and workout routines flowing even after their bootcamps end. So, of course, we recommend a bootcamp or two for beginners to make sure you start out on the right path. After that, continued access to easy meals and workouts can help take the work out of planning and figuring out that dreaded "what's for dinner?" question.
Our digital community, which includes our trainers and staff, offers TONS of support! Everything from answering questions to offering suggestions or tips and tricks is fair game. We believe that we are all on this health-improving journey together, and we stay true to that throughout all the support efforts we offer.
There is also a weekly Q&A / check-in video that you can watch anytime during the week. No more mandated sign-ons at just the right time if you want your question answered! No more check-in sessions dominated by a few individuals who seem to ask the same questions over and over. Simply send your questions in ahead of time and get answers right away as well as additional details in the videos. It's fast; it's convenient; it's supportive in all the right ways.
Absolutely! They're also delicious.
Most of the recipes and meal plans include in our program take 20 to 30 minutes at most from start to finish. They typically have five or so ingredients (plus seasonings).
Let's face it - we all have busy schedules. We forget. Life happens.
Other online bootcamps require you to sign-on at a specific time to get your questions answered and send you on a *potentially* good track. That simply doesn't work for everyone.
We understand that, for true success, you need encouragement and answers when you need them. That's why we have our online community ready to answer your questions frequently with our own staff checking in daily. Questions posed are answered when you need have them - not just several days later in a video call.
That said, a video check-in session is recorded roughly each week with answers to questions that arose during that week. Why? To share knowledge and cement understanding with other Density participants. (Knowledge is, after all, one of the three key pillars of the Density method.) So keep the questions coming, but don't worry about needing to show up at a certain time on a certain app.
The Density Diet focuses more on how to structure your plates and meals instead of what to remove completely. So you can have all your favorites on the Density Diet, just maybe not as often as before.
We do focus on removing foods with anti-nutrients and focusing more on foods with higher bio-availability of nutrients. With that said, we do not instruct you to completely eliminate anything. We tend to ask the question, "Is there a healthier or better option here?" If the answer to that question is, "Yes," then maybe you should go with the healthier choice. Otherwise, does someone in your family have a birthday party or anniversary coming up? Plan for it - arrange for it - and then enjoy it. Do the best you can, then jump right back to the plan.
Calories are NOT a central focus of the Density program!
Calories are not the end-all-be-all some people say they are. Yes, calories are important in any diet - whether you are tryign to lose weight or gain it. That said, if you do too much calorie restriction, you can upset your metabolism. Yo-yo diets can destroy your ability to lose weight in the future. Long term calorie restriction can also lead to hormone imbalances and misfunctions. Overall, many diets and experts say the "just be in a deficit" approach has caused an immeasurable amount of harm in the world of nutritional truth.
Density does not require you to track calories if you do not want to, and it leverages other, natural methods to help correct some of the problems previous long-term calorie restriction may have caused. Specifically, Density focuses on a combination of factors with something called energy turnover (aka energy churn or g-flux) to help get the weight loss results we're after.
Our fitness plans focus a bit on resistance training. Typically, any resistance equipment will work well: Resistance bands, cable machines, suspension trainers, and even classic dumbbells will all be totally fine.
If you don't have any of this equipment, you can still do body-weight versions of our workout plans, but this is actually not recommended. For most people starting the Density Diet, their body weight is simply too much to start with when working out.
If you have specific needs or special equipment concerns, we also offer custom fitness plans. These fitness plans are exactly that: custom. Our trainers can work with you, your current equipment situation, your specific goals and health needs, and any equipment plans you may be considering.
Let's start with the fact that most weight management success happens in the kitchen or at the dining room table rather than the gym. Thus, the first phases of Density focus a large portion of intensity there.
As for the workouts, we strive for results. Those results only come through exercise if enough intensity is applied to produce or induce change. Ultimately, Density is a digital course or bootcamp - so the amount of intensity you apply in the workouts we offer is totally up to you. These workouts are not easy. They're not designed to be. BUT, they are not super difficult either. They're designed to be just the right level for most people to give and get results.
