I tried everything from to counting calories to adding up more food-score values than a basketball game has points. I cut carbs. I cut fats. I even cut out animal products and went vegan for a while. Gluten free: did that, too. You name it, I likely tried it.
The weight MAYBE came off, but, when it did, it came right back on soon after.
With advanced degrees in science, I decided then that it was time to use my knowledge of science and data to find an answer for myself once and for all.
After many books, articles, studies, and my own research later, the Density Diet was born.
Now with fitness training, more evidence, a tried and true training method, and continued weight-management success, the program is better than ever.
